Gerber training pants?

Are they any good? Seems like Pull Ups are just a modified diaper. The Gerber ones get really good reviews on Amazon and I was wondering if anyone here tried them?

They suck! They leak, no more accurately they don't hold any pee at all, it's the same as wearing underwear. We had to put plastic pants over them and those are loud and obnoxious and uncomfortable.
