Sit ups are okay, but you need to do major "core" work in order to slim down your abdominals. Pilates is your best bet. If you can do machine pilates - you'll be golden!

Oh, I know that, but some people (not you) think that if they do enough sit-ups their belly will get flat and it's not that easy.........I wish it were! LOL!

I give my doctor heck about it all the time - telling him that he needs to pioneer the procedure of doing a tummy tuck while doing a c-section but It's really just to give him a hard time and laugh with him.
Mine did a mini one. Basically, he was trying to remove a lot of the sagging skin that resulted from my previous cesarean and excess scar tissue. He removed and restitched up a lot.
