FB just lost ALL of my respect!!!

Below is a link to a video from my local tv news of a mother who wanted to remember her son by posting pictures of him on FB. He died 8 hrs after birth from a condition that stopped his skull from completely growing around his brain. FB has censored the pix and is threatening to delete the moms account if she posts anymore pix of her baby boy!!!!!!

That is horrible. Is there someone we can write to complain? I would love it if they got hundred, possibly thousands of complaints. This is unacceptable.

Yeah I can't tell if I was more upset at what FB was doing or that ppl are actually defending Fb and saying those awful things in regards to this child falling under "graphic violence"????? are you flucking kidding me?!?!?!?!

I will look into this!!! Apparently FB isn't aware of site such as this one with many many women ready to stand up and fight for what's right here!!! I'm proud of the media for once! I'm glad they aired this segment!!!

This is absolutely horrendous.  People can post half naked pictures of themselves or type 'FML' every other status and other obscenities, but denying a mom the right to share her LOs photos?  That's truly disgusting.

Its so ridiculous... i CONSTANTLY see people posting pics of disfigured people, abused children & animals... since when does FB have a problem with this.  and the woman is right.  People post half naked pics all the time thats worse to me than this, by far!

I understand the terms and conditions of facebook, but until you are willing to FULLY comply with your own policies, by ridding facebook of the items in safety rule #7: "You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence." you have NO right to be censoring images of children such as the late child of Heather Walker (featured here: https://www.abc24.com/news/local/story/Mid-South-Mothers-Baby-Pictures-Censored-By/eycJdFWDZkyxyeuMMc9ASw.cspx?rss=1455 ). It is NOT an image depicting graphic violence, unless you call a natural malformation of someone's body graphic violence (which it is NOT). There are far too many women posting slutty pictures, people cursing out others, and many more crude and disgusting images and words. You have no just cause for censoring images of a natural process. This is not some disgusting images, this is a HUMAN BEING!

Well said. It's ridiculous that they censored these pictures. It makes me sad to see that the mom cannot even share pictures of her baby with her friends and family.
