I voted Anastasia, but I also like Luna. I could be swayed one way or the other depending on what your boys' names are.

Narcissa is a variation on a very negative word, like you mentioned. The only place I've ever heard it is Draco Malfoy's mom. No bueno.

Aaren is a misspelled boy's name. Erin is pretty.

Jaimie is also misspelled. Jamie is nms but not terrible.

Okay, I'm going to be the oddball here, but I like Narcissa.  Yes, I know the word narcissist and the myth of Narcissus.  But a narcissus is also a flower that blooms in the early spring, and it's a nice classical name, miles better than a lot of trendy names these days.  Also, those would have to be some damn literate kids to pick on someone because her name sounds like narcissist.

I agree with PPs, though - not a fan of Aaren and Jaimie.

Tatiana and Luna are nice names, different but still appealing.  Anastasia is nice too.

The name (spelling) Jaimie really really bothers me...I think the only name I like is Luna or Renee.

I love Anastasia.  It's the girl name we will use next if we get the chance.  I really like Luna and Renee is okay.  Your DH's picks are just not good at all.

Narcissa is derived from narcissist.  Aaren is a boy's name spelled incorrectly.  Jamie is a name that can go on either guys or girls but is more of a nickname and spelled horrendously.

Luna and Renee aren't bad!

All of this, except I also like Renee a fair amount, it's close to Anastasia for me.

I am not a fan of masculine names turned feminine. They only name I like is Jaime. 

Anastasia I like. And Titania is pretty unique.

I love Anastasia.

As a side note, please not Jaimie (for girl or boy? I couldn't tell... ). The spelling looks off, it's too unisex, and just doesn't go with the style of the other names.

ETA: Was Aaron supposed to be part of the girl poll too? I am so confused! Yes, your Dh's picks are perplexing!

I agree with PPs about the name Luna--it's cute--but, the children's book Stellaluna is very popular, so that may cause the teasing issue that you were worried about with Narcissa.
