AF?

I know that it's unlikely you guys will be able to tell me 100% but Im going to ask for opinions.
I induced my missed m/c on Saturday April 28th with cytotec.  I had been bleeding since then but it had MAJORLY slowed down the last week or so and was more brown and mucousy this last 1.5 weeks.  My last beta level was 16 on 5/15. 

Yesterday and today I have noticed bright red blood again and MUCH more!  Enough to make me think AF might have shown up?  I was 8 weeks when I induced the m/c but sac only measured 6 weeks.  I thought I had read that 1) beta levels had to be <5 to get things moving again, and 2) you needed to stop bleeding for around 2 weeks before it could be considered an AF. 

Thoughts?  I am debating between AF and just another round of m/c blood.

If I'm reading this correctly, you never had a total stop in bleeding, it just went from red to brown/mucus and then back to red blood? If that's the case I wouldn't count this as AF, but just a continuation of m/c bleeding. Big ((hugs)) I'm sorry you're going through this.

Im going to have to agree, if the bleeding had never stopped completely then I would think its just continuing.  I had the same thing happen to me. I hope that it stops soon for you!

I would also bet that it's just more bleeding from the m/c. I had something kind of similar happen to me. I was bleeding and/or spotting for 14 days after my first dose of Cytotec. I stopped completely for 6 days, and then for the past 3 days I've been spotting. I called the doctor about it, and she said that any sort of spotting or bleeding like that is normal, as long as you're not bleeding through more than a pad an hour.

Anyway, if this is not AF, I hope you get AF soon!
