Baby Names

My new name crush ... Susannah Quinn.

My faves are simple classics: Jane, Cate, Eva, Oliver and Reed. But this one recently came into play again. I like that it seems to be classic yet modern at the same time, while not seeming too overused. Opinions? And

Re: My new name crush ... Susannah Quinn.

  • Can't decide if we'd call her Annie or Quinn. Suki and Susie aren't options. Thanks!
  • Quinn is a name that I just started to consider, so I like Quinn. Go ahead and use it as a first name if you're considering calling her that anyway.

Although Susannah is NMS, I love Quinn, and I think the two names sound nice together.

  • I really like Susannah. I'm kind of 'meh' about Quinn, but your combination does have a nice flow.

  • Quinn isn't usually a name that I like, but I actually really like those two names together.  Its beautiful!

Same here. I don't really care for Quinn as a first name, but it does make a nice middle name.

  • Love Susannah! Like pps I'm not a fan of Quinn as a first name, esp. on a girl, but I like it in the mn spot here.

Nice name! Susannah is beautiful and I like Quinn with it a lot.

Annie is darling. I don't like the idea of calling her by her middle name at all, though.

  • Love Susannah! It was at the top of my list for girls. Susie is a sweet nn, and I also like Anna.

Quinn has never been my style, but it does go well with Susannah.

Also, regarding the song... well, I have nephews with names that are in songs, and it's been surprisingly a non-issue for the most part. My name is also in a song... people used to sing it to me when I was little - yes, it's annoying, but it never ruined my name for me.
