Let's talk diapers

I'm sure a lot of us got a variety of different brand diapers as gifts. What brand have you discovered that you like and dislike?

Like: pampers swaddlers and luvs.

Dislike: Huggies and parent's choice (wal-mart brand).

We got some up & up target brand diapers in size two. LO should be in those as soon as he finishes up these crappy wal-mart diapers. We are putting him in luvs at night because the wal-mart brand leaks. Poor baby was soak and wet this morning when he woke up crying

We have used newborn pampers swaddlers and seventh generation. Haven't had an issue with either.

We have Huggies in size 1 that I am thinking of exchanging for another brand but we plan on cloth diapering as soon as she's a bit bigger.

We love Huggies. DS1 peed out of every other brand, and we haven't even bothered trying anything different for DS2. They have worked very well for us so far - he is almost ready for size 2 already!

Loved Pampers Swaddlers and Luvs. Hated Pampers baby dry...LO ended up with a red butt from them.

I PPH love Pampers. We put Toot in Up and Ups, but are switching to Sam's Club brand. They are the closest to Pampers that I've found an off brand to be.

We love Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive. LO is a chunky monkey and in size 2 already. I hate Huggies, they leak like crazy. I have 80 Huggies diapers that I'm never going to use.

So far we haven't had issues with any diapers we've tried, but my favorites are pampers. We've tried pampers swaddlers, pampers baby dry, huggie snugglers, huggies snug and dry, luvs, and mom to mom (I think Safeway). I like the quality of pampers more than any other so far. Luvs weren't bad, but the quality of the years has decreased....I can see her poop through the diaper and I don't like that.

I'm using the babies r us brand... They aren't bad - they aren't as nice as the pampers (name brand of choice) but we've had no leaks or blow outs, and no rashes!

I like Pampers Swaddlers and Luvs. We've had major issues with Huggies leaking. At first I thought it was just that I didn't make the diaper tight enough or something, but Blake seems to always spring a leak out of the Huggies.

We have used Pampers and Huggies. Right now l'm loving huggies because the tabs are bigger for me to pull through her pavlik harness.

Ah yes I know what you mean about seeing poop through the luvs! It doesn't leak out but you can definitely see it!

I really like Huggies, Pampers, and Luvs. No preference with them! But I absolutely HATE the Parent's Choice diapers. She leaks out of them every time!

We use Pampers, and I've tried Huggies, but they leaked. A friend made me a diaper cake using the Kirkland brand but I haven't tried them yet.

We've only ever used Pampers (swaddled, Dry Max, and Cruisers). I'm happy with them.

All I've really tried are Pampers Baby Dry. I am not a fan of them. You can see the poop through the diaper immediately after he goes. My parents got us a box of 250, so I plan to use them until we run out and then switch,

I'm annoyed. It seems like the Huggies Snugglers have a more comfortable fit, but Pampers Swaddlers hold the pee and poop in better around the legs. But they have a long, inflexible crotch and tight leg holes. I've also tried some other kind of pampers and huggies, but I can't remember what they were called. I like the wetness indicator on the Swaddlers and Snugglers. I haven't tried any other brands. Someone gave us some Luvs, but they are size 2.

I've used Huggies Snuggles, Pampers Swaddlers, and Target Up and Up. The Pampers were the best by far, but Target is a close second (I still kind of miss the wetness indicator, but I'm slowly getting better at being able to tell if the diaper is wet without having to open it.)

I really want to try Kirkland brand, I've heard good things and I love going to Costco!
