Baby Names

I don't know if this belongs here..

..but I just remembered it all of a sudden as I was reading through the posts.

When Aaron was little, we were at the doctor and a little girl, maybe 4, came up and asked me what his name was.  I told her, and she looked at her mom and said "Mom, like when you run errands?".  It was so adorable.  It also reminds me that no matter how you name your child, somone will have some association you never thought of.

  • I never would've made that association, but that is really adorable.

See!  I never would have thought of that!

  • Ha! I had a childhood friend named Erin who enjoyed teasing me because my name could be broken up so it sounded like two words which she would then emphasize very purposefully. Five-year-old me got sick of it, and started saying back "Air in, air out, air in, air out." Looking back I'm kind of impressed I came up with that!

I LOVE THIS.  My DH is Aaron too and he needs to-do lists.  :-)
