Can we use nose spray?

The inside of my nose is stinking dry it's uncomfortable. A nose bleed is going to happen very soon. Can I use a saline nose spray?

Saline spray is absolutely safe

YUP...a saline spray is perfectly safe.

Saline nasal spray is ok, it's just fancy saltwater.  My doc advises staying away from decongestant and antihistimine type nasal sprays though.   You may want to just put a little vaseline on a q-tip and put it up there before you go to bed at night to keep things lubricated.

I have asked specifically and yes, saline nose spray, is safe.

I've had MAJOR nosebleed issues since finding out I was expecting. My doctor actually gave me saline nose spray the last time I was there, as well as a gell to put inside my nose when I feel it getting really dry. I'd say if the doc gave me the saline spray, then you're fine to use it! Hope your nose feels better!
