I'm Megan and my H and I have been TTC #1 since January 2011.  I always suspected that I had/have Endo (because of family history and symptoms) but my OB wouldn't give me a referral to an RE for the longest time.  Once I was finally allowed to see an RE, he was immediately convinced that I did/do have Endo and promptly scheduled me for a Lap. The Lap confirmed Endo and my RE was able to remove some.  I was also able to get pregnant that cycle, but it ended with a miscarriage at about 8w5d due to a blighted ovum.

Now, we are following Betas back down to <5 to start treatments.  We'll do 7.5mg of Letrozole and timed intercourse for our first treatment.  RE wants to aim to produce two eggs since he thinks that producing one will not increase our odds any.  

Anyway- I'm really looking for a place to talk about treatments and what to expect, TTGP won't cut it for that.  So, I hope you'll have me! 
Began TTC #1 in January 2011
Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
+#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
+#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    Welcome, I'm sorry for your loss.

    It seems like there are (unfortunately) lots of TTCALers who are also experiencing IF. I hope you find the support here that you need.

    I actually remember you from back on my days on TTGP!  So sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board.

    Married 6/21/09
    Off BCP and TTC 4/17/11
    BFP #1 (ended in CP) 7/15/11
    Varicocelectomy surgery 9/4/12 - T improved to normal, but still low count

    Current Status: Pursuing Jan '15 IVF w/ ICSI

    Welcome, I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been TTC #1 since Jan '11 too. I hope your first treatment cycle is the one that brings your take home baby!

    BFP#1 April 12, 2011, EDD December 24, 2011, strong heart beat at 7w3d, d&c at 10w6d
    BFP#2 Oct 24, 2011, natural miscarriage, EDD unknown
    After RPL testing my losses and subsequent infertility are considered unexplained.
    Cycle #22: Femara, TI, and progesterone = BFP!! 
    BFP#3 Dec 21, 2012. Beta #1 @14dpo = 134, progesterone 67.8. Beta #2 @ 17dpo = 664! Team green, EDD 9/1/13, healthy baby boy born 9/12/13!

    I'm so sorry for your recent loss.  I remember you on the December board (and TTGP and 3T) and I'm sorry to see you here now.  Best of luck moving forward and Fx your betas drop quickly!
