I am looking at tickets for a concert at Soldier field but can't figure out the best seats. I've read online that even higher up the seats are good - but it's hard to tell & I've never been there.
Any ladies have recommendations? Is the 300 level really high up? Or can you get a pretty good view from there?
TIA!

Re: NPR: Chicago ladies - Soldier Field
Thanks! I'm actually a WI lady...just heading down to Chicago for a concert for DH's birthday this summer.

Thanks Ladies! That helps!
DH is a country fan, so I'm buying him tickets for Tim McGraw/Kenny Chesney for his 30th birthday. It'll be a fun night away too, since it's a 2+ hour drive home, so we'll stay in Chicago for the night.

I agree that the 300 level is pretty high up for actually watching the performers, but if you're just going for the experience and to hear the music it's probably fine. 200 level and below is great for actually seeing what's happening on stage.
I'm SO jealous that you're going to that concert. I want to go SO bad, but I'm afraid I might to be too uncomfortable by then to enjoy it.

Thanks! That's where I am leaning right now - is that we may not be able to see everything and 300 will be good enough. But that's because I can't find 200 available near the stage & 100 is more than I want to spend.
I'm hoping I won't be too huge by then to enjoy it. But then, I'm not carrying twins...so that's probably easier for me to say than you!
