TTC After a Loss

Wondering if you could help (with chart)...

By the way, just to start off - a lot of you are amazing at this.  I am still in the "learning" phase but I am in awe of how well you know this stuff.

I have posted here a couple times (prematurely probably - sorry about that), but I am really trying to get a better grasp on charting.  I have just started looking at CM as well.  Before my loss (in December) AF and O were pretty much clockwork (longer cycles but that was normal for me), but since then it has been all out of whack.  The end of March, my doctor prescribed Prometrium to bring on AF and I have charted ever since.

As you can see in my chart, I have OPK's closer to the beginning but I am pretty sure I geared up to O and didn't (this is what others have told me as well). My chart is all over the place from there.  I am not sure if I have O'd or not throughout this LONG cycle.

I apologize for the few temps that aren't there (Saturday-Monday of last week) - I forgot my basal and went away for a wedding.  On Wednesday, I had a small amount of blood in my CM.  It was like small streaks and I thought it may be the start of AF, but nothing.  Also, for the past few days, I have had some changes and my temperature has actually been rising steadily.  I am wondering if it is possible that I finally O'd. Unfortunately since I haven't had a steady cycle, I didn't try OPKing around that time.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

PS - I have taken tests every couple days and all negative.

I'm going to tentatively say you may have O'ed on CD 47 or 48.  With one or two more rising temps you may get crosshairs.

The EWCM suggests O to me, and it is not unheard of to spot with O.  If you think about it, your cervix softens and opens up during O time, so a tiny bit of spotting can escape.  It has happened to me in the past.

Hopefully you did O and get your CH soon!

Thank you so much for your input!  :)

  • I don't think you've O'de yet, or of you have it was cd 48 or 49, and you need some temps to confirm it as there's no rise yet. I say this based only on CM,

You should not enter dummy temps for those days you didn't take it, it' makes it confusing  to read your chart that way and makes it look like your having a rise earlier which is not confirmed as you didn't actually temp. Remove those temps and FF will connect the dotted lines.

Sorry, but you just have to wait and see what happens.

Thanks, I wasn't sure what was best to do.  I really wish I would have been able to temp!
