Surprised at my reaction

I have a friend who adopted embryos and told me she was pg a week ago. Yesterday, she texted me that she lost the baby and was at the ER. I was super sad for her.  

Then a few hours later, she texts me that it's twins!  2 heartbeats, babies look good.  I thought I would be envious, but I wasn't at all.  

Maybe I have finally accepted that this is my life and I won't be having anymore children.  I have noticed I am very content with my girls. 

Momma to 2 sweet girls here on earth and a precious baby boy in heaven
