What is the best parenting decision you've made?

BFing and taking an extended maternity leave are my top 2.  I will always treasure the 6 months I had with my LO while she was tiny and how we bonded over all that time together and all the BFing.  I also had hoped to make it to one year but didn't expect to continue thereafter, whereas now I have no plans to stop... though I'd be delighted if I could get down to one pumping session a day at work!
