My hands, my feet, face.. all of me is swollen now. Bummer. With DS1, the first photo I have of all the swelling was taken the night before my water broke though...

Me too. I really wanted to take maternity photos sometime soon, since I've avoided stretchmarks so far and DH "loves my boobs", but now I'm all fat-faced and too self-conscious to get them done. Boo.
I knew I wouldn't be able to do maternity photos after 36 weeks as that's when I started swelling with DS1 and just was too big to feel pretty. I felt too big to feel pretty much earlier this time with MANY more stretch marks MUCH sooner (bigger baby in there and excess fluid).
So far it seems like my swelling is still back and forth depending on activity level. I went back to pretty normal once I was up and moving yesterday. It was back again this morning but settled back down after a bit. Just got up from a nap and it's bad again... so... we see the pattern. I'm glad I haven't had my rings on in a few weeks though!

Re: Booo... I've hit the swollen part...
Can you get to a pool? Swimming can really help.
I feel for you- I was so swollen with my first who was born in July.

Swimming seems like a good idea, thanks PP!
