another FF question

how do you check if your uterus is high/low, open/closed & all that stuff? I have no idea & I paid for the VIP membership & I want to take full advantage of it
TTC since 4/28/07
Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

    You mean how do you check it, or how do you record it?

    It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.

    You're really checking the position of your cervix, not your uterus. Do you check CM internally? If so, it may take a cycle or two for you to 'feel' the difference but it should become apparent. When my cervix is low, I can reach the back wall. When it is high, I can barely reach the opening. Also, hard feels like the tip of my nose, while soft feels more like a soft tissue. When my cervix is closed, I can feel a pucker of tissue, when it's open, that extra tissue is gone.
