How are you? I had my WTF yesterday, and they did freeze the 6 embryos on day 1. She didn't give any real explanation why, except that freezing on day 1 gives us a better chance that the embryos will make it through the thawing process. I don't really know what to think about my chances for this FET, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see until after the thaw.

I'm hoping to move forward sooner than July, so I'm waiting for call back from them this week to see what the dealio is.

TTC #1 since Oct 2009, Dx: Unexplained Infertility
HSG: Right tube all clear, left tube inconclusive
3 failed Clomid Cylces
4/5 lap revealed blocked left tube, but right tube is open
April/May- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1= CANCELLED left ovary ovulating
June 1- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1 = BFN
June 28- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #2 =BFP!
7/12 Beta #1= 14 Beta #2= >5 Chemical Pregnancy :(
July-Nov long break to recover emotionally and financially
Nov 24- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #3= BFN
Jan 22- Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI# 4 = CANCELLED no response on right
IVF #1- Start stims 4/7, ER 4/20, 21R, 14F, 6 frosties, ET 4/25, 2 embryos transferred= BFN :(
FET #1- June 2012, Lurpon starts 5/27- CANCELLED
FET #1 take 2- August 2012, delayed until Sept-CANCELLED
FET #1 take 3- ET 10/11, 2 embryos transferred,= BFFN
FET #2- Transfer 12/4--Cancelled, no embies survived thaw :(
Next steps-- IVF #2 with new RE in March
HOLY SURPRISE BFP 2/15/13!!!! Beta 1- 286, Beta 2- 782, First Ultrasound 2/25- baby in uterus & all looks good!

    I'm doing ok. Just waiting to start Lupron in a week or so. I'm still quite confused about the freezing process but oh wells. Why does she want you doing your FET in July? Once I had one regular cycle, my doc was fine with me moving forward with the FET.

    I'm confused about it all too, lol. My nurse had previously told me that the transfer likely couldn't happen until July, but my RE said she'd be fine with me skipping BC and moving forward right away, so I don't know what's going on. I would so much rather get in sooner than later!

    I'm really hoping this FET is it for you!!! When do you think your transfer will be? In the meantime, I hope you get to somewhat enjoy your injection free week! Smile

    I have no clue when my FET will be. I'm on CD17 right now and will go in for b/w on Tuesday morning to see if I have Od. If so, I'll start lupron that night. I'm guessing ET will be mid-June at some point. It would be cool if we were cycling at the same time!! Remind me who your nurse is again?
