Hi ladies! I was very advanced with my workout prior to becoming pregnant and just this week really start to train hard again. I've been dabbling back in the gym for a few weeks but yesterday I ran intervals on the treadmill nothing crazy AT ALL just 6.0 for 1 min followed by 1 min at 3.0 did 8 intervals. Shortly after I came home I felt SO tender down there like where my uterus is. It feels just like the week or two after having my lil. I ended up taking 800mg ibuprophen and it feels much better this morning. Is it normal to STILL be sore this far out pp? Anyone else experience this?
