Bleeding at 7 weeks post c-section

I had fairly minimal bleeding after my c-section. Mostly spotting from 2-6 weeks post partum, and nothing for about a week. Then today I have bright red blood again. I'm BFing, which lessens the chance that it's my period already, though I know it's no guarantee. I feel fine- not like I've been overdoing it. 

Thoughts? Would you call your OB?

I would wait and see before calling your OB. It could be your period, and it could still be lochia.

I'm on my 2nd round of this at 6wPP.  I barely bled too and my discharge was brown within 2 weeks.  I barely bled for a week and then at 4 weeks I started having very heavy red flow.  That kept up for 2 weeks and stopped late last week. Now it's started up again.  My OB said to expect to bleed for 8 weeks.  She wasn't too concerned when I called her about it last week or when we talked about it yesterday (of course, the day before the bleeding started again!).

I bled for 6 weeks or so and then it started to stop and go away. Around week 7 or 8 I bled like a period but VERY heavy for days. I ended up going into get an U/S and exam and everything was fine. eventually it stopped but was definitely a pain in the but. It took a couple of months before my periods went back to normal. The first couple were very heavy
