TTC after 35

I think I'll need to go back to the RE :-(

I'm trying to come to terms with this.  I'm in the 2WW, but I have a strong feeling I'm not PG.  I needed fertility tx for DD, but I was hoping I'd be one of those special cases who miraculously can get PG the second time around without intervention.  It does not appear that I am.  As much as I've been dreading this, I started realizing today that we should go ahead and start making appts if I get a BFN.  This time around I'll have more of an idea what to expect which has plusses and minuses. I'm still praying for a BFP, but I think I need to change my mindset.  Sad

And if you don't get the BFP, we'll all be here for the next step.  ((hugs))

  • Thanks everyone.  One of the things that has me stressed out about getting treatment this time around is that some things have changed at my job and they are going to give me a much harder time if i need to come in a few minutes late when i have to go to clinic in the mornings.  As if it's not hard enough...

Just take it one step at a time...first, let's wait and see about your BFP, then if necessary you move onto the next thing. Can you talk to your employer and see if they can work around your schedule if need be?

Just remember we are all here for you ((HUGS))

  • Hugs. It is overwhelming to think about all you'll need to do, but you can do it! It will be worth it in the end.

    Fx that you'll get lucky.
