I tried to go running today for the first time since the second tri.. um, yeah, ouch. I was wearing what had previously seemed like a pretty supportive sports bra.
I guess it's a non-issue for me since I'm getting ready to stop breastfeeding/pumping anyway, but dude. The running part was not bad, but the boobs hurt with every step. I didn't make it very far.

I read on another board once (prob the health and fitness) to buy a moving comfort bra. I've been researching them and will probably buy one in the next day or two.
Holy smokes.. maybe it's because I had more weight gain then I should have or maybe I was measured wrong (but my bras fit) but I went from barely being an A to a D. I never realized that was atypical until now...
I went from a small B to a D.
I haven't started running yet, so I'm going to have to try some of these suggestions.
I went from a small B to probably an E at my fullest point. It was a different experience, to be sure! lol. But now I've already started cutting back my supply, and I'm probably a D, which is what I was during the second half of my pregnancy. I haven't been measured again, just going by the fit of my bra.
I wondered if I should put a regular bra or nursing bra under the sports bra. I wanted to hold the straps of the bra up while I ran to give more support, but I just imagined people looking out the windows of their houses and seeing that weird chick running by holdin' up her boobs. If I go again this week, I'll try the doubling up thing.
This. But I BF so I try to do that before I go to the gym. Then 2 bras + tank. I'm a DD right now.
