Femara users?

I noticed the Clomid post and I was wondering if anyone is on, or has taken Femara.  I've read it has less side effects and less chance of multiples.  I have set up a meeting with my Doctor to discuss using Femara with an IUI next cycle.  This cycle will be a natural IUI ( take2).  We didn't think I would ever use any meds, being so nervous about multiples..and being told the 17P injection does not work for multiples.  I do O normally on my own already.  TIA for any input!

Thanks for the Hello!!  Hello back!!   I know I will get info from the doctor.. I just figured maybe some of the girls here would maybe have some advice.  I could ask over on an IF board. Just easier to ask here where everyone knows me

I've done four cycles with Femara/Ovidrel.  The only side effects I get are hot flashes, which I've found are better if I take the Femara in the morning.   I've had anywhere from 2-4 mature follicles each cycle.  The one where we had our BFP was the one where we I had 4 follicles, and I did not have twins.  Hope this helps, good luck!
