THE GOOD: My stress level was very low this weekend. I spent lots of time with DH and some friends, relaxing and having fun.
THE BAD: I ate HORRIBLY this weekend! Mostly greasy/junky food, and ice cream!
THE PROUD: My skin is actually looking a little better right now.
THE PLAN: Eat better to erase my weekend of junk food!
QOTD: What healthy snacks are you eating today? I've been snaking on Trader Joe's dried fruit bars. All they consist of is dried fruit smashed together. I consider that pretty healthy!

I'm glad you're starting to see some changes. I have extremely dry skin and my trainer is convinced that it will look better after I cut out processed foods. I wish I had a Trader Joe's because those fruit bars sound great!
