Does anyone have links to articles about the hawaiian gparents fighting for custody?

I had seen a link on here a month or so ago to a petetion for them.  The mother passed away and the grandparents were fighting to keep their granddaughter.  I tried to google it but I didn't find anything.

I could be wrong but this story does not seem real to me. I have never heard of a court ordering daily Skype conversations let alone for 2 hours each day.

Is that something that was agreed to by both parties to be added into the court order or something that is being claimed the court ordered???? I would find the latter hard to believe and I am in Hawaii and know several people dealing with their court system.
