Bucket List?

anyone have one? I kinda have one, I have a board on pinterest and then there are things I would like to do one day. If so, what are some of the things on your list?

I want to own a few acres.

Travel the USA

Go to Africa, Galapagos Islands, New Zealand, South America, Madagascar... I like junglish animal filled places.

Go to Egypt (will do in Oct)
Do a shark cage dive
Snorkel the Great Barrier Reef
Get a book published
Take a hot air balloon ride
Face my fear of snakes

This is on my mental bucket list, too! I don't have an "official" paper list either, but I'd like to learn another language (barely learning Spanish in HS doesn't count for me! lol), learn how to drive a stick-shift car, and write a book.

So I don't have an official one...but here are some things that always stay in the back of my mind...

• Travel to all the National Parks in the US
• (re)learn Spanish--used to be fluent, but I haven't used it and lost it
• Go to the Mediterranean
• (re)learn to play the piano
• take a few cooking classes

I need to start thinking up some more and maybe start an official one...thanks for posting, VQ!

I have a few things:

1. Buy a car without financing (kind of lame I know but I've always wanted to just buy a car with a huge wad of cash)

2. Sing in a choir

3. Travel the US and do all the little touristy things, like Dollywood, Branson MO, Disneyland, etc.

Alright alright, since you asked. I made it when I was like 10 but they basically all still apply.

What I want to do before I die

1.  Go to the Grand Canyon
2. Go through a carwash (done)
3. Be kissed (done)
4. Live by the ocean
5. Get married (done)
6. Have at least one child
7. Go to Italy
8. Decorate an apartment (done)
9. Have a library
10. Take a train ride (done)
11. Fly in an airplane (done)
12. Live in a dorm (done)
13. Go to Hawaii

A couple of mine include:

Start a charitable event/organization (ideally an annual run/walk)

Travel to all 7 continents (I think Antarctica would be AWESOME to see!)

Become a foster parent to dogs age 7 years and older

Speak Spanish fluently and Italian conversationally

Have kids

 There are others but those are some of the notables...and the ones that will take me the longest to accomplish I think!

My mom and I have always talked about it as a future thing, when shes old and has property... well... Guess what I got for Christmas, A WHOLE bee keeping set.. from the hooded face mask/hat, the suit, a book, smoker and bee box... all that is missing are the bees.  Which I can't get till I live some where where I can keep them. .. I live in a gated community  and my back yard is as big as a postage stamp! LOL

I don't have an official one, but here are the things that come to mind:

1. Learn how to take really good photographs
2. Travel to Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Portugal)
3. Spend Christmas in Europe (see list above for options of yuletide destination)
4. Grow a vegetable garden
5. Write something that gets published
6. Read all of Charles Dickens' books
7. Learn to sail (or re-learn, I haven't done it since high school and even then I wasn't very good)

I'm so jealous!! DH and I just moved out of the city, so I totally get what it's like to have a postage-stamp yard, lol. We've finally got enough space at our new place, but won't be able to get bees until next year at the earliest since the yard needs a lot of work. But I'm buzzing with excitement! (haha, okay, maybe that was too cheesy.)

I'm noticing a trend on this thread that many of us have aspirations to write a book and/or get published! I love that! It's good to be in the company of writers

Move to Colorado!?  Where are you now?

I love love love Colorado.  It is so beautiful.  I would highly recommend moving here.

DH and I have a list of places we want to travel some day. It was actually fun starting a Pinterest board with those places because DH and I sat together looking through photos of those locations finding perfect ones to pin, all the while daydreaming about going there. Good quality bonding that didn't involve DTD for once.

Otherwise, not really any other list.

I have already accomplished one of my major goals which was all 7 continents like I see some of you have written. Antarctica is awesome so I highly recommend you make it happen!

I am another without a written list, but I have things in my head:

-Run a full marathon (I have done a 1/2 marathon)

-Run the Goofy race and a half

-Visit all the Disney parks around the world

-Go on a cruise

Not too much, but I figure I can add things as I cross them off my list.
