  • I used this one. It really helped to lift her up and relieve the pressure. You might ask your dr about prescribing one. My dr was going to send me to get fitted for a belt if this one did not work.

  • Thanks for your advice.  I had bad SPD with my DS and now I am getting it again with pregnancy #2.  With my DS, I just did nothing about it and was always in pain.  Now that I have a toddler, that isn't an option, so I think that I will end up in physical therapy.
