TTC after 35

Re-intro of sorts

Hi ladies,

I have lurked a bit, posted a bit and then took some time away from TB after our two losses to try and not be so obsessed with the whole infertility process. That really didn't work so I came back to lurking and now thought I would get active in the board.  I have wonderful IRL friends who are very supportive, but they all have their beautiful healthy children and never had any issues.  I was the late bloomer of the group.

We have just completed our third injectible cycle and now have a few decisions to make. We are lucky in that our insurance will pay for as many injectible cycles as we want to do. But, if we decide to pursue IVF, they stop coverage. So, we are going to have the consult and then decide what to do.

AF showed up on Saturday so I went for the day 3 ultrasound today and of course my ovaries and not cooperating. Lots of large left over follicles.  So, its two weeks of birthcontrol pill before starting the next cycle or no pills and wait out a natural cycle.  If we do the pills it looks like at the timing of trigger and IUI, my DH could potentialy be out of town for work. He has to go away 1 week a year and of course that would be it.  I don't know if he should try and cancel it or we should just skip this cycle and see what happens.

Now that we may be going to IVF, I am glad to have this board to share with. Thanks.
