I hate my diaper bag

I have the skip hop duo and I hate 2 things about it:

1) it doesn't stay upright on its own

2) the top pockets make it hard to access stuff in the middle/bottom

For you pro moms, do you find you need a larger bag as baby gets older or a smaller one?

I definitely carry more now. In the beginning it was a change of clothes and diapers. 

Now its snacks, sippy cups, toys, books, larger clothes, etc. I feel like I'm moving out of my house every time I leave with D for the day.

Right now I'm using a Coach diaper bag which works well since I need something I can throw my own crap into as well and not look like a diaper bag.
