Crappy follie response this cycle

At  my ultrasound this morning, Dr. said I only have 1 follie at 14 and 2 under 10. He said it looks like I'll be triggering with 1 mature follie this cycle. My RE wasn't there today, he's the only one I really trust with the monitoring but I can't imagine this guys measurements were that far off.

I can't say I'm surprised given how sick I've been this week, there's only so much your body can focus it's energy on. But disappointed nontheless. Wondering if we should do IUI or TI this cycle if there is only one. I still have a few more days before triggering so hopefully by some miracle those little ones grow like crazy, I know I've seen that happen on these boards before!

    I am s sorry that you didn't have the response that you were hoping for!  I hate it when my body doesn't do what I want it to!  ((hugs))

    I'm sorry you are having a crappy response.  I would think being sick probably has a lot to do with it. Hopefully the little ones will start picking up.

    I'm so sorry.  I had only one mature follie this first cycle and my RE cancelled my cycle.  I didn't see the point of spending so much money when I could end up with absolutely no eggs.

    I'm sorry your follies aren't cooperating this month. Maybe if you're feeling better, they'll up the effort during these last few days prior to trigger.

    I'm sorry about the crappy response so far, I hope you get a better response in the next couple of days. I feel your frustration. Hope you feel better.
    TTC since 3/2010. Me 41, DH-49. After 3 years, 6 IUIs and several IVFs we have finally have our beautiful baby girl, born on 11/7/13.

    Well RE is keeping me at a high level of gonal for the next 3 days which leads me to believe that he's going to try and get the two smallies to have a chance to catch up, go back tuesday for another ultrasound..fingers crossed. Just goes to show, you can have a different result every single month to these injectables...it's not necessarily a predictable thing...

    DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
    Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal

    IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
    IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
