Would you eat a hotdog during the 2WW?

Yes, I mean LITERALLY eat a hot dog. Get your minds out of the gutter!

I'll be at the Dodger game on Sunday. I rarely eat hotdogs at all, but it's a Dodger stadium tradition.

So, how do we all feel about the risk of Lysteria at 7 dpo? Is it:

1. Don't risk it, better safe than sorry

2. Enjoy yourself! The risk is too minimal to not enjoy that Dodger dog

I would! I actually googled eating hot dogs quite a bit and it seems to be in the same category as lunch meat. Some say yes, some say no. I personally do not know enough about listeria but I also know after a while, abstaining from everything tends to piss me off when nothing turns out in my favor anyway. Have fun either way Smile

No, but it's because I think hot dogs are disgusting, and won't eat them at all. If you like them, go for it. I am in the everything in moderation until you know for sure camp. My DH would be jealous...he is a huge Dodgers dan. Have fun!

Veggie dogs are pretty good! I think this is a good idea. But, I do not think any kind of hot dog, especially a cooked one, is a risk at all. Veggie or otherwise--enjoy your treat!
