TTC After a Loss

Fertile-looking CM post-O *Updated*

Let me start by saying this, I have read that some women have fertile CM post-O due to the corpus luteum producing estrogen. But I'm somewhere around 3-4dpo and I just got another gush of some slippery/watery CM this morning.

My cervix is low, firm and closed. This is a HUGE change from the beginning of the week, when it was soft, high, and open. I didn't temp today because I am trying to lower my stress (temping has been making me crazy). My OPK's have been fading out since Tuesday (the first official negative post-O). Today's OPK was so negative there was barely a hint of a test line. All of this leads me to feel confident that I certainly did O a few days ago. But why the fertile CM both today and the day before yesterday? Is it just there to *** with me?!

*Update*

I just checked again and apparently this CM gets very crumbly when it dries in my underpants for a while. It's white/yellowish. I guess maybe it's closer to sticky CM than I thought?

I sometimes get random patches of EWCM post-O. I think it's normal, and yes, I think it's just there to f*ck with you.  Wink

I hope this isn't TMI but I actually get EWCM from like a few days before ovulation all the way until my period every single month.  I have no idea why, and I do check and try to make sure I'm not misinterpreting, but it really looks and feels like EWCM.  So my guess would be it is normal, or at least it is for me - and yes it is totally just messing with you and making it harder to tell when you ovulate.  So frustrating!
