I eliminated all forms of dairy for 5 months. Now that I am no longer BFing I have started to have stomach problems. Anyone not able to tolerate dairy after Elimination Diet?

Did you reintroduce it slowly? Dairy is hard to digest overall, so it's normal to have a rough time with it if you don't do it slowly. I'm still dairy and soy free, but when the time comes, I'm going to start with baked items with dairy and then small amounts of other forms of dairy.
One of my friends taught in China for 6 months and their diet is generally dairy free over there. At the end of the 6 months, all the teachers went to a large city with a Pizza Hut and they all had pizza. Then...they all got really sick because their bodies weren't used to handling dairy anymore.
So, I think reintroducing it slowly is the key.
DD1: allergic to eggs & dairy
c/p 4/1/11
DD2: milk and soy protein intolerant, allergic to eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, bananas MSPI Moms Check-In Blog
Thank you! I have not introduced it slowly, not even close to slowly. I had been craving pizza, queso, and ice cream, so I cant say that I have been super careful about it. I will give it a try and see where we end up.
