If your LO has switched to only one nap a day, which nap did they cut out? Their morning one? Or their afternoon one? Or did they just make it for more in the middle of the day? My LO has not wanted to go down for morning naps the last couple days, and she has been pushing it back later. But she is so cranky and tired that I know she still needs it.So I am just wondering what other's are like.
Anyway, thanks!
Re: naps
I recently got a new job that's starts an hour later than my old job. So DS gets to sleep in an extra hour in the morning before taking him to daycare. As a result he dropped his morning nap.
He used to nap from about 9:30a -11:00a and again from 2:00p - 3:00p or 3:30p. Now he usually takes one nap around 11:30 - 1:30. Some days he'll take a 45 minute nap around 4:30p. Bedtime is between 7:30 and 8:00.
