I use Tiny Bubbles. You can get it from Costco online, my local doesn't carry it, but shipping is included. It'll run $60 for 360 loads - that's about a year and a half in my world.
The most highly recommended in the CD world from a grocery store is going to be Tide. However, a lot of diaper companies recommend against it and is against their warranty, so it's up to you.
Diaper Jungle and Pinstripes and Polkadots have detergent charts. What is available to you depends on where you live. Kroger carries some good CD detergents, but I don't have that store. Ecover and Ecos are available at my grocery store, but some don't carry it. Just check out the chart and check out your stores, see what is available to you.
