Hi Everyone,

This may be a dumb question but I'm a little unsure this month how I should calculate when I ovulate. I had a little bleeding on the 7th and the 8th. And yesterday morning AF def. came to town! What day do you think I should put in my calculator to figure out when I will be ovulating?? Should I put in the 7th because I had a little bleeding that day or should I put in the 9th??

Once again, I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm just so nervous I'm going to miss calculate the day and miss a chance of conceiving!

CD1 is your first day of full red flow. Were the first two days just spotting?

Yes they were def. spotting, so I guess I'll use yesterdays date then?? Since that was my full red flow.

I always counted first day of red flow.

Also if your using an ovulation calendar your wasting your time. If you want to pinpoint O then you should be charting. check out fertilityfriend.com Good Luck!

This! I used to be absolutely sure that I was O-ing on a certain day because of a calendar...then I started charting and found out that I was actually O-ing two days later! Definitely good to know when you are planning your BD-ing.

Bright Red Flow = 1st day of AF for me as well.
