OT, PT 6 mth NICU follow up appt?

Manny was born at 30 weeks and spent 40 days in the NICU, He has a NICU follow up appt next monday and i'm wondering what to expect,

What goes on at the follow up?

11.2011 - DS1

02.2013 - loss at 6 wks

06.2014 - DS2

10.2015 - loss at 12 wks

03.2017 - DD

    They check weight, length.  Ask about how much and how often he eats.  Ask about what he is currently doing.  They will probably have a PT check him out and look for any "issues".  It's kind of like a pedi appt but little more detailed.  The PT may also give you some exercises/games you can play with him.  HTH!
