anyone's baby not a nibbler?

I bought some Gerber Graduates arrowroot cookies for DS and he just shoves them all in his mouth, they don't dissolve like puffs or mums and so i was like "ahhh" and yanked it out and even if i break it half it still makes me feel weird. I mean I would love for him to be able to hold and nibble on a cracker or cookie but he just goes for the gold and tries to inhale the whole thing.

does he chew on it once its in his mouth? He has to learn what he can handle. Just make sure he's sitting up. Lexi shoves too much food in her mouth all the time, but she'll chew a little, pull some out, put it back in, etc. She's just figuring things out!

My guy does this but he chews if it's too much he either pulls stuff out or spits it out he's got chewing down though and I've never worried if he puts it in just watch him if he looks like he is having trouble jump in and help
