I was perusing youtube for a good mom-child song for a video I'd like to make for DS's bday and came across Baby Mine from Dumbo and bawled! I feel silly but everything just hits me harder being a mom, or maybe I'm PMSing lol. By the way, any suggestions for a good song?

I'm just about done with DD's video & I used songs from Ben Drake that you can download for free on jamendo.com.  They are just music with no words but thats kind of what I was going for.  Some I used are Summer of 2007, The Swing, Glowing, Good Morning.

We listen to a crazy mix.  One of my faves is Three Little Birds by Bob Marley.  I sing that to her at night to settle her down.  Probably not what you were looking for but we love it!

Love that song.  So so sweet and makes me cry everytime.  Most of the songs I am using are geared towards little girls so they won't help you much..."It Won't be like this for long" by Darius Rucker...talk about a tear jerker...but I love Somewhere over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole

I also found this site that listed some popular choices.
