Can you tell me calm down?

They were painting at work today and I only could crack my window some. I'm in the 2ww and am freaking out a little bit because of all the fumes I breathed today. Please tell me nothing bad will happen if I am pregnant!

    In all seriousness though, you'll be fine. If they are painting again tomorrow, I would recommend taking a couple little breaks to catch some fresh air.

    Agree - you're just fine.  I know how stressful it is to wonder about the effects of every little thing though.  Hang in there.

    It's fine. I wouldn't make it a daily habit to breathe paint fumes but one day won't hurt. Hopefully they won't be at it again today!

    You will be fine!  I feel bad for you regardless because I hate smelling paint fumes, they give me a headache.  Maybe take lots of breaks to get fresh air because it has to be hard to concentrate at work with those fumes!
