Jogging stroller help!?

I got a jogging stroller today and I can't figure out a way to turn. The front wheel is set straight. Please tell me I'm just an idiot and it's easy. I got it off Craigslist. Tia

    The front wheels on jogging strollers are straight to reduce wobbling.  But it does create a problem for corners... you have to basically do a wheelie when you need to turn!

    what kind is it?  some have fixed from wheels, some can go from swivel to fixed
