Actually Sushi is completely safe as long as it is cooked.

I eat california rolls, cucumber rolls, and the rolls that are completely fried with shrimp and lettuce in them.

It just depends what is in the sushi and how it is cooked.

Obviously you wouldnt eat any raw fish or fish eggs.

 

Also, deli meats are safe as long as you warm them in the microwave or cook them. High temps kill the bacteria.
