Replacement glider cushions - where?

We have a glider and want to get new cushions for it.  Does anyone know where to look?  Its a glider from Target that I got for my shower over 2 years ago. Target still sells the glider online but not the cushions separately.  I tried looking up the manufacturer but its not really much help.

I tried to find cushions for a glider someone gave me once.  Its impossible.  The only ones I found were so expensive I could just replace the whole glider!
