Health & Exercise

So proud of myself. Worked out 5 days this week! :)

So I'm fairly new to exercise. I just started back at it after a 3 year hiatus that left me with my beautiful 2 year old DD and 40 excess pounds. LOL! I'm trying hard by following WW and walking 2 miles uphill everyday and the weight is slowly but surely coming off. I've made it to the gym 5 days this week and will be going another 5 days next week too. So ladies, whats your exercise of choice and does anyone have any encouraging stories to share with me? TIA!

  • YAY for you!!!

I did WW from 2003-2009, I lost 105lbs :).  I love the program.  I've been trying to motivate myself to return, but i've been in the middle of infertility treatments for the past 3 years, I have no desire to jump back on the WW wagon.

When I was active on the WW plan my exercise of choice was jogging.  I ran my first marathon in 2006! I never could have done that without WW's!! Nowadays I walk, and I try to include hills.  I'm limited to the amount and type of exercise I can do with the Infertility treatments.  For a while I was doing water aerobics, loved it.

You have inspired me :).. I might just have to attend a WW meeting this week!

Great job on the work-outs!! Keep up the great work!!!
