i'm a designer, and MS Word was driving me nuts when i was typing out my birth plan, so i decided to spice things up a bit lol...i'm pretty sure i can feel the super eye-rolls from the hospital nurses already, but this is more appealing to my eyeballs hahaha...

It's pretty....but really hard to read.  Shrink the header and left margins and use a bigger font. I think this is one case where legibility trumps style.

well, it's on an 8.5"x11" sheet of paper lol...it's only shrunk down for the bump
