I miss my Grandpa!

I can already feel him missing from my life.  It feels so weird to sit here and think that I will never hear him say my name again, see a smile on his face, hear him talk about the past and scratch off lotto tickets together.  I am doing my best to stay strong and remember him and all of our great memories together....but it's just not the same without him here.

Maybe I'm being a little selfish in wanting him back, even knowing how unhappy/miserable he was b/c of his health over the past 15 months, but I don't care....I miss him and I want to see him again.

People tell me he's in a better place, a place where he's in prefect health and happy again and maybe he is, I don't know for sure but.....I hope he is.

Big big hugs! I was very close to my Grandpa too. He's been gone 12 years and I still miss him terribly.

Bella, I am so sorry you are grieving and that your grand father has passed on.

That's the difficult end of the life cycle, but think about how wonderfully fortunate you were to be able to spend so much time with him. If you were working non-stop you wouldn't have had that privilege. 

I'm hoping he can send some life and happiness back to you with your next IVF cycle. I'm certain he's pulling for you and doing everything he can to see you smile again.
