I swear by Weight Watchers but thats just me. I've been doing it for 8 weeks and am down 7 lbs. Hopefully even more by this Tuesday's weigh in GL ladies!
I used and really liked www.sparkpeople.com. One thing I liked is that it didn't have you "eat back" your exercise calories. You put in how many calories you expected to burn per week and it calculated a daily calorie range goal based on that. For me this was easier than readjusting my calorie intake each day based on how much I had or was planning to exercise.
I second WW! LOVE LOVE it, really looking forward to getting back on after pregnancy. Prepreg, I lost a little more than 40 lbs and kept it off for a year until I got pregnant. LOVED IT!
