So I was hoping yesterday that my running nose was just allergies but I woke up completely stuffed up (bright green coming out of my nose) and feeling lousy. Does anyone know what cold meds I could take that won't hurt the baby or my supply? I'm not sure if I should call the ped or my dr to ask.

Re: Question about cold meds (ebf)
You can look up a medication here

This. Anything else could ruin your supply. Just gotta get lots of hot liquids and rest (if you can lol). Good luck.
TBH, I don't see why mucinex (without the decongestant, its in the blue box) would be an issue. I don't see how it would affect your supply, but that's just me. At the very least, it'll help with some of the congestion. I'd also try some ibuprofen rather than acetaminophen, but only because it can help with some of the inflammation process.
Kellymom.com also has some natural remedies and suggestions:

Oh, one thing on there that I forgot. I
Zicam, especially when used at the first sign/symptoms of cold.
Yup. So sad, too
