Is this a joke? Yes, it's terrible to give artificial sweeteners to a baby. They're not even healthy for adults.

Some
flavors of Crystal Light contain aspartame, one of the most dangerous
artificial sweeteners. Side effects of aspartame include headaches,
anxiety, abdominal pain, nausea, heart palpitations and irritable bowel
syndrome. Acesulfame potassium is another artificial sweetener used in
some Crystal Light varieties. This sweetener contains methylene
chloride, which is a known carcinogen. Therefore, long-term use of this
carcinogen may cause cancer. Other side effects include nausea,
headaches and impaired liver.

This. If you really feel the need to give them something non-water (but why would you?), just add a splash of 100% juice to water, like a literal splash, not half and half. They don't need juice, artificial sweeteners or anything except water and your choice of milk (breast or formula).

Probably.
But more to the point, why the heck would you want to?
