Re: Luteal phase
I had a 11 day LP before starting Clomid. The RE said Clomid is prescribed because it makes the follicle/egg stronger and therefore would hopefully make a stronger corpus luteum, which would then keep progesterone levels up.
My first Clomid cycle my LP went to 13 days. This past one it was 12. So it did help. I tried B6 about 6-7 months ago and it did nothing for me, but I've heard that it works for others. But my problem seems to be in the follicular phase as well, because my body gets ready to ovulate with a good lining and good size follicles but I don't get the LH surge until too late. So this month will be Clomid+Ovidrel+TI to try to resolve that.
