I don't nurse, but bottle feed DS pumped milk. He only eats once in the middle of the night. Sometimes he will wake up more than that and not eat though. Not very often. And sometimes he'll even sleep 10 hours without waking up. Very rare, but it's slowly coming.

On a typical night, she'll sleep in her crib from 9-3:30, then I bring her to bed with me and she'll wake up 2 more times to eat before she's up for the day at 8:30. I EBF and honestly, I don't mind feeding her a couple times during the night, otherwise I'm super uncomfortable in the morning!
DD usually doesn't nurse all night, for about 12 hours. Sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night, but I generally don't feed her unless she doesn't fall back to sleep after a little while.

We formula fed and DS was sleeping through the night. Starting about 5 months he started waking once or twice a night again. Now it varies, either zero, once or twice. You never know what you are getting with him!
